The view of the mountains the river that runs through the property was dreamy. We couldn’t make it the first night due to snow storm and the manager was so thoughtful and helpful assisting us and making sure we enjoyed our stay. “This was my third time at this property. It has been wonderful every time. Located in a quiet part of town, with a nice view of the surrounding landscape. Comfortable bed and very clean. Just be aware there isn't a full kitchen, but the listing makes that clear. I will definitely be back.”

“Communication with owner eas great. We had 2 issues and he resolved them right away. Carportbwas a nice touch. Washer and dryer looked fairly new. Nice to have full size refrigerator. Very close to Bryce. I think the couch was a hide-a-bed and was hard to get up for teo old people! Enjoyed our stay. A lot around the area to enjoy.”

The views from the house are stellar, it's easy driving to many hikes in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, and just a 10 minute drive into the town of Escalante. While it's close to Route 12, you can't hear any traffic from inside the house and there aren't any nearby neighbors.
