“Our stay from start to finish was perfect. Chris, Weni, Otto and Pascal went out of their way to make sure we had the best time possible. Attentive and helpful Without being intrusive. Chris was able to give us lots of information about the surrounding areas and places to go. We had a fabulous private dining experience with them , it was so good the first time we booked a second night 🙂 Otto’s hot sauce is a must to try if you like things a little spicy. “The food was delicious and the choice was extensive. The staff were efficient, professional and friendly. A special mention to Rositea who is the lovely waitress in the buffet area and looked after us very well. We enjoyed most of the entertainment and our Grandchildren loved the kids club. We stayed in a two room suite overlooking the main pool area. First impressions were of a stylish and spacious accommodation. “Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.”

“Everything was good. the only thing that annoyed me was the idiotic behavior of the people. pushing and shouting at the breakfast. the pool chairs were reserved early in the morning even if people arrive to the pool in the day. Cant even imagine situtation when hotel is fully reserved.”
