“This property is a wonderful alternative to the expensive hotels around Greenwich. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. ”

“We drove in from South Caroline for the winter warfare fight. This house was great for us (3 adults) with the main benefit, private gated PARKING! Nice to pull into the yard next to the patio & lock the fence. Also, the spa shower was the best after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable firm yet soft. The house was clean, “Alexa” was a nice bonus, kitchen was stocked and owners were fast to get back to us. We will be back. ”

“Farida is a friendly and gracious host. Her home is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and clean. It is the type of neighborhood you will want to take a walk through. “I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). “I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take……

“A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor.”
