Fun property! we had 2 javelinas pass by 1st morning enjoying our coffee on the patio.13 mule deer crossing to the golf course 2nd morning enjoying our coffee on patio.Many hawks quails and dove. Did a daycation at the Marriott starr resort great pool's and a lazy river. I highly recommend.

This property is extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We only used mugs, glasses, and silver ware but noticed the cabinets and drawers were stocked with anything we would need if we were staying longer and cooking there. We weren't able to wash the dishes we used as instructed when we left because the detergent container was empty. We received 3 pages of information and found it very helpful. We did not experience any issues with finding the unit or entering. We simply followed the signs and instructions that were provided. The reason we are giving 4 stars is because the original ad stated there was a fenced private pool and we specifically wanted to stay at a location that had a pool. We were surprised to find out that the pool was closed due to permit problem after talking to the golf pro. We were also surprised that in the 3 pages of information we received, the pool was never mentioned. This was a big disappointment for us. The bed was comfortable and each side adjustable, however it is quite firm. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer. There was also an ironing board, iron, and steamer in the closet. This is a property we would return to as long as the pool was open.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Even the blow dryer was the good kind. We would stay here again as it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in.

although it was a nice place, we had brought our service animal for my partially deaf girlfriend and he complained about her barking and accused her of scratching up his place but that’s the way she alerts when people are near and no damage was done, just beware if you bring your service animal to this location.

My husband and I stayed for a week in Mike’s lovely villa. It’s furnished beautifully with views of the mountains. It had a complete kitchen for cooking meals and has a lovely patio. The drawbacks we found were the front door lock was tricky to get into the villa but Mike was available to walk us through the problem. The HVAC system was also noisy when it ran. Starr Pass is a beautiful and quiet area but it’s a bit removed from restaurants and golf. There is a golf course in Starr Pass which is a good one, but the other courses are a considerable drive. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby.

My stay in this wonderful resort area was great! I have no complaints once I got there but it was Check-in process and communication when I arrived that I have some concerns. The address and GPS were totally different from each other. So I decided to call the owner to direct me to right location. The owner, not being familiar with the name of the streets, was no help at all! I was very frustrated. I finally ask some people who work at the Wyndham hotel how to get to the address. They were very helpful and even gave me a map to show me where to go. Once I got there I called the owner once again because the access code didn't work. He apologist and gave me a new access code. My suggestion to the owner would be to familiarize yourself with the streets surrounding the area. I had a pleasant stay after I got settled.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and birthday getaway. We live in Tucson, so this is what is called a staycation. But the peacefulness and the setting allowed us to de-stress and we both left with motivation and direction. The location actually motivated us to find a similar property as our future home.

Excellent - nicely furnished unit with well equipped kitchen (could use a pizza cutter); the complimentary coffee pods were appreciated. Bathroom had all the amenities needed, and was roomy, as was the MBR. Outside seating was a nice touch and had great views. Quiet neighborhood. The track lighting over the dining table didn’t seem to work, nor did the track lighting near the fireplace. We made do without them as were gone most of the day. Could also use a side table or two to place drinks on while watching tv in the main living area. Lots of parking. Definitely recommend this property!

Perfect small unit for just the 2 of us. Only complaint was, when the A/C / heat unit was on, it was very loud. Other than that, our stay at Star Pass was great. Unit was clean, upgraded, comfortable, and very well stocked.

My husband and I were very pleased with the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay in Tucson while we were visiting family. We took advantage of the location for some incredible hiking. There was nothing that was needed and nothing lacking. We would definitely stay here again.
