“第一天入住，冷氣机很吵，投诉也不可换房，整晚没睡，第二晚11点回房开冷氣也很吵，忍無可忍，投诉后有工人来修理说不可修好，才答應换房，但找了几间房都还未清理，等到12点多可找到房间，第三天我们11点离开至下午6点回房还未执房，又打电话投訴，才有工人来，我住酒店的次数也很多，從未试过如此，以后不会再進住此酒店！”

“Dishonest hotel - it's our fault for accidentally leaving money (in red packet for CNY) in the room, but it is really disappointing that the staff denied everything without further investigation. We are 100% sure that we left the red packet in the room, our Malaysian friend helped to call multiple times, however the reception claimed that they did not find anything in the room which is totally nonsense. Please consider twice if you wish to stay in the hotel with such dishonest behavior.”
