“This is a lovely and comfortable cabin in a convenient location but we were super creeped out at the end of our stay when we learned that the owners or managers were watching us from a vehicle and snapping photos of our family from across the street. Would not recommend for families with children. Also they tried to charge us fees that were not disclosed by hotels.com after check out. ”

If you’re looking for the “cookie cutter” experience that you get at a chain hotel, steer clear. But if you’re looking for a quiet, restful place to relax and just enjoy being alive, you could do much worse. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home so much. It was very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen in case we’d decided to buy groceries, excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, covered off-street parking, and had a private “in the woods” feel even in its neighborhood setting. The hosts were also kind enough to leave a yummy loaf of pistachio bread from a local bakery and a gift card for a local diner.
