“What a wonderful property, and a fantastic host!We came to Alamogordo to visit family, so we didn’t spend a ton of time here, but it was well appointed and very spacious :)I wish we’d had a chance to use the pool table!”

“We spent two nights here so we could visit White Sands. Everything was super smooth, communication was good, check in was easy, directions were clear. The view was great when it wasn’t hazy out (sand and wind whipping up at all times of day). It was fairly steep getting to the house but we got used to it and it’s worth it for the view. The house was comfortable, beds are extremely firm. We realized you have to drive to most things in this area of New Mexico anyways so a 10-15 min drive was not a……

“This is a great house for a large family gathering! We had 6 family members here and it never seemed crowded! We could not get the heater to work, but the master bedroom had a nice gas fireplace that kept us warm. The other bedrooms used the space heaters provided, so they stayed warm. We got a beautiful heavy snow the day before Easter and the next day bright sunshine! Really lovely. It is very quiet and peaceful up there and the sauna’s great! Really had a fabulous trip!”

“We had a great stay in Alamogordo thanks to our home base. The house was just as advertised, the beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. Rodney was a great communicator and returned messages promptly. The grocery store, shopping and the interstate were minutes away. Good value for the price. ”

“The townhouse is close to everything while be far enough from the main road that it is quiet. The fire place was amazing, the whole stay was comfortable and exactly what my son wanted for his 12th birthday. ”

“Pictures don’t do this property justice! So much space to spread out both inside and outside with every amenity you could possibly want and so much more. Walking distance to an excellent grocery store and just a short drive to local bars, restaurants, and attractions. Host was super responsive! ”

“As soon as we walked into the house it smelled amazing and was very clean. The beds are very comfortable memory foam mattresses. Owners are very nice and ready to work with. ”

“Online description was deceptive . Looked very nice on the VRBO site but in person the property was like a very low end hotel . Damp towels ,musty smell, furniture was old and had stains ,dirty dishes in cupboard Keurig coffee pot did not work, steamer for clothes did not work, Wi-Fi did not work. tried to get a hold of the property host by texting, messaging and phone. She was very difficult to get a hold of her voicemail could not accept any more messages. The backyard and outside spaces were……
