“Was greeted immediately upon entering the property and was escorted to my room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room and location were perfect for my weekend. Definitely recommend!”

“The rooms were very clean, stylish and spacious. The AC worked well, and there was a ceiling fan also. The kitchenette on the roof was great in the morning for having a cup of tea (not supplied) and storing leftovers and drinks in the community refrigerator. The security guy was friendly, we communicated through google translate. Loved this place and highly recommend (def a great value for the location, where hotels on the beach side are $300+ per night). My only recommendation would be to have……

“This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area.”

“Friendly staff, beautiful grounds and beach, nice rooms and food.”

“Great staff, nice rooms, three pools plus a beach. Never hard to find a chair. Restaurants were good, Buffett and seafood resterants the best. I am vegetarian and never found it hard to find salads or veg dishes. Entertainment was okay. They had a snorkel tour that left right from the hotel and you can rent a car right from the hotel as well. This was amazing value. ”

“I filed several complaints on the app and no one ever reached out. The seafood restaurant was the worst we spent an hour before we got part of our food no one came to get our order until my husband had to talk to someone. We got up and got our own silverware several time. We rented a car and ate out most of the time. This hotel is not for someone with a special occasion this is more of you want just a place to sleep. Service is almost non existent. Grand Park Cancun is by far better. ”
