“It was a very pleasant couple days with our family in Tulum”

“The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time……

“The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. “We had a 60th Birthday Celebration with a total of 6 people. Plenty of room for everyone! The grounds and housekeepers were very efficient each day, even raking the beach area each morning. Juan and Daniel carefully prepared each meal with a wide variety of dishes and nearly every meal had a fresh juice. We had total trust in them to handle the shopping for us which was so nice. “We absolutely loved our vacation at Casa Chaca. Jaime, Guille, and Zaydi were all so helpful in making our stay comfortable. Even with the seaweed, we were able to snorkel and kayak. Jaime cooked for us a couple of nights as well. We will definitely go back! ”
