“1.They prepared very very poor breakfast for guests , even basic coffee is cold , I could not believe it is a 5-stars hotel, and it charged usd 150/per night.It is not worthy at all. 2.The staff in the reception is very cool, proud attitude and no smile . That made us feel that we are not welcome.”

“We had a beautiful traditional room with a little step out balcony right above the entrance. This hotel is in the middle of everything! Souvenir shops around you, boumbalini (fried dough for dessert), a sandwich place (basically one of the main shopping areas) but not loud AT ALL. Dar Zarrouk (really nice restaurant for dinner) is very close, we ate there every night. Also, dont forget to spend time on the terrace. I got up every morning for sunrise and each time I went up there, I had the whole……
