“The hotel was in good condition overall despite the old building. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I was not allowed to carry a bottle of drinking water into the hotel even though the hotel does not provide drinking water in the room.”

“Très bon hôtel, personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un souci dès notre arrivée (de nuit), notre chambre avait une odeur nauséabonde et la clim faisait un bruit infernal. Le lendemain matin nous avons pu changer de chambre. Repas très bons et variés. Animation correcte.”

“Hôtel accueillant, personnel et équipe d'animation très sympathique. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à du all inclusive hyper qualitatif mais le buffet propose de très bonnes spécialités. Très bon séjour même si l'hôtel mériterait des rénovations, on peut facilement constater l'usure, poignées de fenêtres cassées, et plusieurs autres équipements en mauvais état.”

“The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one.”

“Hotel 3-stars max. They have a wifi but no internet. The food is terrible. Plan on eating outside the hotel like we did. Pool is dirty and the towels look and feel like they served for 2 decades”
