“My adult kid and I stayed here for 9 nights while they had a medical procedure in San Francisco. This Vrbo met all of our needs and was even better than I expected it would be. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, full sized fridge, stove, utensils & kitchen tools, coffee maker (k-cup), blender and more. The beds were very comfortable. The living room is comfy as well. Full washer/dryer are super convenient in the unit. I wasn't sure what to expect so I brought my own……

“Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. With two bedrooms and another bed in the living room, each of us had their own space and place to sleep. The unit was very quiet and comfy. Just a short stroll to the beach, and once there we could walk for miles. The Pacific coast is beautiful. We found mary nearby Mom and Pop restaurants and enjoyed them all. Highly recommended. Definitely would stay again when we return. ”

“I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy……

“We were visiting Palo Alto for my college reunion and because we were traveling with two little ones, we wanted an alternative to a traditional hotel. This rental was absolutely perfect! - Convenient, prime, safe location - Apartment was cute (and exactly as described) and worked well for kids and adults alike - Everything was clean and there was nothing we needed during our stay that wasn't provided in the rental - Clear and quick communication from our host - check-in/check-out instructions……

“This was a great location. Came down with the fam for niners game. The condo was just as expexcted as far as layout. . The biggest disappointment, their were black ants all over the counters. Made a meal the first night and ants went all in the food. SUPER DISAPPOINTED after the money we paid. Also stayed there 5 nights. Only had two trash bags (dollar store quality). Nice area, but would not stay here again for the price we paid and the issue we had.”
