“This is a wonderful location with a fantastic view of the ocean and a mere half block from the beach. The walking path along the ocean is fantastic!The house is clean, well maintained and slept our group of ten comfortably. Mattresses and bedding are new and good quality. The kitchen is well stocked. The floor plan is a little odd and there are a lot of stairs. They could use a little more comfy seating in the large beautiful living room, but other than that, we had few complaints. “This was a nice place to stay for us to visit my brother’s family in Sunnyvale. The check out was super easy because Vikash has a “no chore” checkout policy. So it was super easy. Also Vikash was very responsive whenever we had questions. ”

“We loved our stay at this little charming home! The house was clean and the amenities were in good condition. A few simple items seemed to be missing from the kitchen, like a cookie sheet or hand towels, but for the most part we were able to easily make do. One nice feature was provided coffee pods. Everything went smoothly except the communication seemed relatively delayed when the internet and tv weren’t working for half of our stay. “The house was spacious and a nice size for 4 adults, a 2 1/2 year old and 6 week old baby. Three bedrooms--2 with queen beds and one room with 2 twin beds. The furniture and bedding were comfortable and the living room was nicely laid out to get the ocean view and also watch TV from the large, L-shaped sofa. Great front and back yard for kids to play and run around. The jacuzzi was clean, warm and an added bonus for relaxing. Our grandson loved the play kitchen set in the house, story books……

“The best vacation rental I've ever stayed at! Our family had a lovely stay. The host allowed us to check in early and was very communicative. The home was immaculate, well-appointed, very comfortable. Our toddler had a great time running around in the giant fenced in garden. Location was also convenient and walkable to some local attractions. Would definitely stay again.”

“My daughter and I stayed here over spring break. This place was a great value. It served as a nice home base at the end of each day of sightseeing up and down the coast. It's an older building, with mostly updated finishings. The kitchen has all the basics, older but mostly functional (sharp knives not withstanding).”
