“I had to ask to be moved. My initial room was the size of a college dorm closet and they tried to pass-off a full size bed as a queen. The next room was much better but furniture placement seemed amateurish. I normally stay at hamton inns and have rarely encountered such oddities ”

“Our room was extremely clean ans spacious. Staff was friendly. Water pressure was amazing. Price was good. Didn't like the junked vehicles in the lot and strange guy outside a room smoking and watching as we came and went. I said hello once and got no response, just weird vibes. ”

“The hotel room had someone's sock laying on the floor closet and the top of a deordorant container laying on the floor. The hot tub was closed off so we couldn't use that. It seems a fuse blew in the breakfast area so we were unable to eat and the person at the counter, although very apologetic, was unable to fix it. There was also a lot of noises (pinging and knocking) throughout the night. The kids enjoyed the pool but when it came time to rinse off back in the room, the bathtub was not……

“Justin Trails is such a special place. My sister and I have been going for many years with our two dogs for a weekend getaway. Donna is a wonderful host and her breakfast is amazing. The miles of trails are beautiful and well maintained. Check in and out is super simple and we can’t wait to return!”
