“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……

“Convenient to Amalie which was what we wanted. Furnishings were nice, liked the layout of the apartment. I realize the apartment is older and we couldn't close one of the bedroom doors completely there were a few cosmetic things; like towel rack in bath was coming off the wall, couldn't easily open and close the drawers on the chest of drawers in one of the bedrooms, in that same room the bed was very uncomfortable. Did not like that we could not lock the back door in the kitchen, it didn't……

“Studio was just what we needed for our stay. We came to Tampa Pro skate competition. It was close to everything, right down the street from the event. Close to the airport and the trendy part of Ybor. Not the best part of town, but the building is secure. Studio needed a few simple things like a toaster, clothing rack to hang a few clothes and shower caddy for toiletries. Other than that a comfortable stay and good price for what it is.”
