“Perfect for a few nights stay. I was alone but 2 guests would work as well. Communication was excellent. It was very quiet the whole time I was there. The high speed internet allowed me to get my work done for school easily. Check in and check out were seamless. The power unfortunately went out for about half a day but it stormed during the middle of the night and the whole neighborhood was out for a little while. Everything exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again. The price……

“3 night stay and a beautiful studio. Nicely equipped and plenty of space for a couple. A surprise were the snacks, paper products and chilled beverages in fridge upon arrival. Super clean. Only drawback i could see if someone had mobility issues. The entrance is located at the back of the residence and walkway is mostly stone pavers. A little wonky with those using a wheeled suitcase.”

The pictures do the place no justice, because the amount of space we had for it to be a studio was AMAZING! We definitely would love to have this same place again for our next trip. “Great location and the price was perfect for summer in Florida. Everything is expensive this year and the house was cheaper than a hotel room. The area was a bit rough, but we were safe. The driveway had a gate that i parked inside of the backyard, which helped us feel safe. The beds were average and not very comfortable. Theres no key for the back door so we always had to walk around front after parking, even in the Florida rain! The amenities were average. There was some dishes, but very basic……
