“We enjoyed our stay very much. Heather was very accomodating to our last minute changes, which was much appreciated. The location is very convenient and very quite.The place is well equipped, except for maybe some drinking glasses and one hand towel that had a large hole in it. Possible oversight. We enjoyed the pool and the patio very much.Overall a great place if you need a place to stay in Tampa.”

“This was our 3rd time staying in this cottage.We enjoy the home and how convenient it is for walking and driving to interesting and fun places!The home is decorated beautifully.It has 2 good size bedrooms with big closets!The kitchen is well supplied & spacious.The dining and front room areas are very nice.There is a great outside siting area with a grill!We enjoyed it all.We have family nearby and plan to return again.They enjoyed visiting us at this lovely cottage.”

“Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.”

House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! “We stayed here for two nights in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Could not have been more perfect. It was great to have the clubhouse use, barbecue and pool. Nice grounds very well kept and the cabin was clean. My only complaint was there is not an icemaker in the freezer. Neither did they have ice trays. I would definitely add ice trays at least. Other than that fantastic !! ”

“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……
