“This was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had. I got in late from a red-eye flight and wanted to hop into bed and sleep. When I arrived the room was relatively clean, but had some unkempt areas. I went to the bed and pulled back the sheets to find stained sheets and pubic hair all over the sheets. It was vile, gross, and disgusting! I had to get a new hotel because it thoroughly grossed me out. They told me they could do nothing about it. Although they refunded two of my big……

“Several things were still under renovation in the room. The air conditioning not working was not good but the cool temps made it okay to have our balcony door open. Location was as good close to Beale and FedEx. Communication was great with the property manager, but no compensation was as made for our stay.”

“This property was very disappointing. The iron was broken and the water in the iron leaked onto my clothes. The bathroom was horrible. There are holes and the tissue holder fell apart. The vent was extremely dirty and the furniture looked worn. I hated this property and expected more with the price being expensive. Never will I come to this property again. ”

“When we got there, the original 1 bedroom apartment we'd rented was under construction! No bathroom! We had to call, complain, take and send pics as proof that we weren't lying, before they gave us a different, smaller, studio apartment that had no dining table, broken window blinds, no linens or a working fridge. But the workers in the other apartment went out of their way to get us a working fridge and linens that night. We hung throw blankets up against the windows to cover the broken blinds……

“We arrived at the apartments and the directions to get in the building were very confusing. Once we finally made our way in the whole place had a weird funky smell. Once we got off on our floor there was a water puddle in the middle of the floor, one section of the hall was under construction but had just been taped up with duct tape and a tarp. The hall smelled worse than the lobby. And then the room. While the layout was the same as the listing it was VERY far from anything that could be……
