“The Louis Hotel was truly a lovely experience. After some miscommunication on my end, the staff was more than able to accommodate on my end and I am grateful for their patience and kindness. Not to mention, I loved how the hotel was so connected to the small town. The hotel rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. “Convenient , check in was about 5 minutes. The room was clean and the whole building smelt clean. Only issue was the lobby was closed when I went to check out, but I was also checking out at 530am so it wasn’t an issue. ”
