“Host sent code to get into the house prior to arrival and that process went well. This property was advertised as sleeping 17, which was not accurate. There were 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 double/ full beds. Which was only enough for 6 guest. My youngest had to sleep on the couch! “It was small and cozy, a good weekend getaway spot. Walking distance to Beale street and several restaurants. The bathroom left alot to be desired... upon arrival we found a dirty towel in the floor and the shower wouldn't turn off. There was a steady drip the whole weekend. The Blinds are messed up. “We arrived at the apartments and the directions to get in the building were very confusing. Once we finally made our way in the whole place had a weird funky smell. Once we got off on our floor there was a water puddle in the middle of the floor, one section of the hall was under construction but had just been taped up with duct tape and a tarp.
