“Our stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The location was perfect, everything was super clean, and the staff was incredibly responsive. The receptionists were very professional and always ready to help. A special thanks to Carlos, who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. I’ve made friends with many resort owners on the island during my visits and this is my go to place. The gardens are beautiful. The staff are AMAZING! It is super walkable to west end. “The hotel was amazing. This is my forth time visiting Roatan and out of Mayan Princess & Infinity, this one is the best one. Rooms are cleaner and better. I also want to note that, in their hotel, they have a nice restaurant called "Alera'' and they have amazing servers. I was very impressed with the service given to me and my family by Tairy and Ernesto. Both of them made my stay even better.”

“I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!”

“My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.”
