“Staff was extremely nice, they did have issues right before we arrived and tried calling us but I was out of service range.
Their water heater and pool went down so they offered a full refund or 45% off our stay, and were very apologetic about theissues. We choose to stay since the area was fully booked and the heat was intense so a cold shower didnt bother us, the room was really nice and very clean .
Our family would def stay here again just based off the service alone.”
