“This is definitely a place a guy wouldn't mind staying but most women would not like it. It's clean, very old and needs some sprucing up. Very weathered. “Finding Art and Lodging was a bonus to a get-away stay in South Bend. A beautifully restored home, this space also is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of the Oliver Mansion, the IU Civil Rights heritage center and some fine restaurants. “I loved this quaint little charming place. The only complaint i have is that there was no flip lock or chain lock that i could latch from inside the room. I felt safe but the room had a number code and that is all. Would have just fet more secure with a latch that only someone inside the room could access. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!”
