A great deal, the room and grounds could use some care, peeling paint, weeds, etc. the staff did not know about local weavers on the island. We were supposed to get a room with "sea view" but we have a room on the ground floor with a few on the floor and people walking to the reception, not amazing because we had to close our curtains every time we were in our room.
