“The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was well maintained. Our suite was clean however one of the window blinds was broken in the bedroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The living room area was poorly lit but couch was comfortable. Nice kitchen setup. My main complaint is the walls are not well insulated and we could clearly hear people on both sides of us including a young group of Prom celebrants at midnigh which made sleep difficult. I did call downstairs but no one……

“We arrived earlier than planned and asked to check in early. We needed to work but no rooms were available. Kiki, the front desk manager was very communicative and helpful. She was friendly and did her best to accommodate us. We were able to check in a little earlier and got an upgraded room. The only thing we weren’t prepared for was the 25.00 parking fee. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“Our first experience with this hotel. It was wonderful! Miss Althea at the Front desk was very accommodating and welcoming. She helped us get into our room early so we could change clothes to attend graduation as we had been traveling since early morning. Gave us information about the hotel and restaurants close by. Will definitely stay again.”
