“Arrived Friday afternoon & was greater at the front desk by Stephanie. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. When our daughter’s flight got cancelled, she helped us with arrangements. She went above and beyond her duties to help us at every turn. She has an infectious smile and a very welcoming manner.
