“We pitched up at a closed down hotel after a gruelling mountainbike race in 38 degrees celsius!! The Wartburg hotel has been closed since Nov 2019! We booked this last week and money was taken from my credit card. Luckily we found alternative accomodation 40km further. We would like our money back. ”

“The accommodation was perfect for us as we where in the area for a cycle race. The place was very accommodating by having a very early breakfast and supplied a place we could park our bikes indoors (there where other cyclists also staying there as well). Staff are friendly and everything went to plan.”

“The stay was ok as the location was convenient for the function I was attending. I had to pay extra for breakfast which I dont recall from the booking. The carpets were were shabby as was the 2 seater couch. The bed linen was clean! I was given a family unit. The space was awkward to move around due to the sleeper couch and 2 seater couch.”
