“Walked in to check in, lady at desk started to yell at me because im cheap, didnt pay enough for my room. I dont have any thing to do with the price, i got the price that expedia gave me. Got to the room and there were ticks in the bed. So the guy at the desk moved our room Had to put a $50 smoking deposit for the room When i checked out and wanted my $50 back, at 7;30 am the lady at the desk was very rude again. We didnt smoke in the room. Most things were good, room was nice. Just a rude……

“The front desk staff and housekeeping was so pleasant. I loved every moment there. I was there on a surprise trip and they let me know where my brother-in-law and sister-in-law will be staying and they even told me when they arrived so we can collectively do the surprise. I will be coming back here again when I go to the area. ”

“I felt unsafe at times with some of the people on the property esp at night. I adn’t sure if they had rooms ir were visiting. ”

“The room is too small, the room on the first floor has a smell not nice,the whole is clean, there is hot coffee all day, and I like the breakfast on Sunday.”

“Guest & WATA bus drivers allowed in my room while I'm out running errands. Police allowed in my room to search with a warrant.”
