“I took both of my teenage sons to Great Wolf Lodge for the first time for my son’s 16th birthday. The lady at check in was very nice and also gave my son a free birthday poster. We played in the water park before getting our room. The whole atmosphere is very nice and so is the staff. The rooms are nice and spacious too. My son loved the ice cream he got it both nights we were there. Overall a great experience at Great Wolf Lodge and we will be back!!”

“Beautiful area and lots of activities on site I think the rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner the fridge handle was very sticky and dirty and the towels in one of the bathrooms were covered in black specks but other then that small inconvenience it was great and I would go back again. Staff was lovely to deal with more so the women then the men but overall very helpful. ”

“Nice hotel that is reasonably priced. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the rooms and hotel itself is very dirty. The floors look like they have not been vacuumed in weeks. ”

“The staff is really nice, kind, respectful, but the room, I think the bathroom at least mine looks like 1 star hotel, I should take pics, the towel hanger, the wood of the vanity, but overall it’s nice, the cleaning, towels really soft and clean, it’s just an aesthetic thing, but I would like to come back!”

“I was expecting more from the room accommodations, because of the price. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service. Pricey as to be expected. However, the room was really dated and mediocre. Almost had a dingy feel. It had two landline phones, one even in the bathroom (lol), and neither worked. I drove around to 3 different locations to find ice, bc 2 out of the 3 machines were broken. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I got a really good deal. The rooms really need some……
