“I took both of my teenage sons to Great Wolf Lodge for the first time for my son’s 16th birthday. The lady at check in was very nice and also gave my son a free birthday poster. We played in the water park before getting our room. The whole atmosphere is very nice and so is the staff. The rooms are nice and spacious too. My son loved the ice cream he got it both nights we were there. Overall a great experience at Great Wolf Lodge and we will be back!!”

“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“This is a quaint property in a perfect location! We were visiting William &Mary and were able to walk to everything from this location. It is super charming and the owner and staff were very friendly! Breakfast was excellent as well!”

“Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff! Our room was spacious and we were able to have our dog with us. They even have a pet station outside for convenience. We really enjoyed the pool as well. Only thing that could have been a bit better was the air. It was quite loud and would wake me each time it’s came on. I imagine that is probably unique to our room but thought I would mention it. Very grateful to the staff for an enjoyable stay!”

“Colonial houses are an opportunity to stay right in the midst of historic Williamsburg . The location could not be any more convenient. We stayed at Brick House Tavern on the second floor. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely decorated. However the rooms were last updated about 30-40 years ago estimating by the fixtures, etc. The rooms rates are reasonable based on location but are not reasonable based on the out of date locks (old fashioned brass keys) , bathroom plumbing and scarcity……
