“I was expecting more from the room accommodations, because of the price. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service. Pricey as to be expected. However, the room was really dated and mediocre. Almost had a dingy feel. It had two landline phones, one even in the bathroom (lol), and neither worked. I drove around to 3 different locations to find ice, bc 2 out of the 3 machines were broken. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I got a really good deal. The rooms really need some……

“The location of the property is amazing, very quiet. Staff and services was really good. The only thing that didn`t go well was the smell in the mattresses.”

“Check in was a bit confusing on the part of the reservations clerk. Did not get a room with a water view as asked. Clerk had misinformation regarding the type of room with water views. My credit card was over charged and will handle that, do not believe it will be an issue. Stay here often”

“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“The room we first got was spider infested, less then 30 mins of arriving I got bite , contact the front desk and was given a change in room that was clean and free of spiders, beside that bad experience in the start of our trip we enjoyed our stay , ”
