Software: reception and the welcome manager are nice and friendly. They gave us a lot of local visit advices and logistic suggestion, even though we didn’t choose to use their service.
It is convenience to take taxi (US$1) to the centre for dinning, by walk is 30 mins.”
“we booked 5 rooms at the same date at Hotel.com. this hotel receptionist asked me more money for the kids breakfast , if was fine , but I told them not everyone want to have breakfast , they needs sleep late. but the hotel still charged the 3 person breakfast fee. but i told him we have 5 people want to sleep late, they don't go to restuarant have breakfast, he answer that . you need to paid! ”

“Bon hôtel mais nous avions de l’eau froide et pas d’électricité pendant plusieurs heures. En revanche le service était très bien. Comme partout dans le pays, on cherche à satisfaire le client. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h30 et on nous a fait à manger sans problème. Donc merci pour cela. Belle piscine que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser à cause du temps.

“What an amazing hotel. We were so happy to have booked 2 nights in the White Lotus Hue. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Hue and were a bit tired when we arrived. They took our bags from us, said we could go and use the pool and our room would be ready at 2.
We used the pool facilities and had lunch at the restaurant. Our room as was promised was ready at 2 and they remembered us at reception.
The room was spacious, had a bath and shower, great air con and fast wifi that didn’t drop……
