“I really like the location as its near Terminal 3. Allowed us to check in early and check out late with extra pay but its convenient esp the wet and dry supermarket. So many shops around and theres even wheelchair that we borrowed for my 86 yrs old mom. The staff and Tesh & Tesha,Gerald are very helpful to accommodate us. “We are there for a short visit of Pinas and attend wedding with my family members. Was not able to explore the whole area. We just sleep, bathe and stayed for a while mostly we go out. Nearby SM Bicutan is good for shopping and eatery. But the traffic is terrible ”

“We enjoyed our stay at EG Private House. It was very hospitable and welcoming! The room was really nice and me and my fiancée would use terms like “Let’s go back home” instead of back to the room. The ONLY complaint I would have is the shower head had been taped up where it had started splitting on the hose, and eventually became unusable. Other than that the communication was excellent and we would love to come back to this location again ”

“Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep. I guess you really get what you pay for!”

“Need bed coverings for all the beds. Only sheets is not good enough for us. Cover is needed because the a/c breeze makes it too cold at night. one a/c remote is broken and missing battery cover. Stove tops looks old. But we did not use it. Overall everything was very good. ”

“Every time I stay in Y2 when I came to Manila. Hi love the location and service for aY2 hotel. But now this hotel was changed and became not friendly. When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. I didn’t enjoy my stay for this time and I may not go here anymore ”

"The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel make me feel safe, every time go in hotel need to do safety check same as in airport. The place very convenience, just walking distance can walk to Ikea and mall of asia by footbridge so even raining no need worry about get wet."

"This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process. Next to Newport mall. With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor. However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices. Hope they can improve."
