“A very clean and new hotel with lovely staff! The rooms all had good air conditioning, there was a lift, the staff were happy to let us leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out, and the rooftop terrace and pool were great for taking a break. The only thing to be aware of, is the mattresses on the beds are very very solid. ”

“Fantastic little hostel. It’s got an amazing location. I had a solo room which was lovely. Had to share the bathroom with another room but that was no big issue. Amazing host! Best ever.”

“The hotel has a great feel of tradition and cultural style but is comfortable and very convenient for seeing the sights of the city. Breakfast is excellent. Plenty of delicious food in a pleasant room. The bathroom we had was small and the beds were old, but comfortable. Overall, a good place to stay. Very friendly staff. ”

“Maroqanda is a cozy hotel located very close to the Registan Square. The rooms are nice, clean and warm; breakfast is good and the staff is excellent. We had an early checkout, they made sure we get a packed breakfast and the registration card done, well in time. Excellent hotel for anyone travelling to Samarkand. ”

“レギスタン広場に歩いて行けるほど場所は良いが、奥まったところにあるので少しわかりにくい。夜はスタッフがいなかったので探すのが大変だった。オーナーの家は入口すぐそばの家ではなくもう少し手前、レクサスが置いてある。チェックアウトの際に、空港もしくは駅まで無料送迎あり。タジクへの国境タクシーとかツアーの案内もありました。機会あればまた泊まりたい。”
