“I don’t usually do reviews but this home was beyond my expectations. Home was clean and well kept up with everything you’ll need for your stay. Also, Tavares Seaport is just a few blocks away for an early morning or evening walk. ”

“This property has everything you want and need. It is the most well stocked home I’ve ever rented. I’ve been back numerous times visiting my daughter at college. The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms and bedrooms. The host is very responsive to any needs and communicates well in the time leading up to the trip. ”

“If you want to find a slice of old Florida, with direct access to a pristine lake, then this place won't disappoint!We stayed for only a couple of nights, but very much wish it had been more. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was also enormous, with a separate bathroom which was far bigger than expected.The pictures don't really do this place justice. The location is incredible, with a view (and sunsets) that are world class. Also, the De Leon State Park is literally……

“Very enjoyable”

“We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent……

“I cannot get to microwave to work.We couldn't find out if there was a working shower. There is a bathtub. The Koureg machine worked when it wanted to net.When it had to. I want to be really clear. The caretakers are very, very attentive and had we I told them about this they would have been there, but we didn't realize about the microwave until this morning”

“The property was extremely clean and well stocked with items to use if needed. The pool is not accurately described. It is really just a large, unheated jacuzzi. Aside from that, the property and experience was great! ”
