“I don’t usually do reviews but this home was beyond my expectations. Home was clean and well kept up with everything you’ll need for your stay. Also, Tavares Seaport is just a few blocks away for an early morning or evening walk. ”

“This property has everything you want and need. It is the most well stocked home I’ve ever rented. I’ve been back numerous times visiting my daughter at college. The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms and bedrooms. The host is very responsive to any needs and communicates well in the time leading up to the trip. ”

“If you want to find a slice of old Florida, with direct access to a pristine lake, then this place won't disappoint!We stayed for only a couple of nights, but very much wish it had been more. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was also enormous, with a separate bathroom which was far bigger than expected.The pictures don't really do this place justice. “Very enjoyable”

“We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent……

“The lake view was awesome. Very nice place we had plenty of room for 6 people. The down side was the non-bitting mosqitoes they swarmed so bad u couldnt enjoy the pool or just go outside the porch area. The shower needs some no skid strips.”
