“This property has everything you want and need. It is the most well stocked home I’ve ever rented. I’ve been back numerous times visiting my daughter at college. The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms and bedrooms. The host is very responsive to any needs and communicates well in the time leading up to the trip. ”

“Awesome beach house. Just at description says - EXTREMELY convenient access to the beach where we spent most of our time. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 2 adult children and their families. Loved the main floor common area where we could all watch movies and played games at the large table. Walked to our favorite restaurants and bars on FlagAve and drove the beach in your Jeep! Just a super experience all around! Look to plan more future family vacations here!”

“We traveled with our grown children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. This home is stocked with everything you need from beach towels, wagon and a beach canopy to a kitchen complete with an extra ice maker for beach cooler fill ups! We opted to heat the pool for our stay and were not disappointed. The short walk to the beach was a breeze, making trips back and forth super easy. Extremely clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated!”

“This is a great property! Its location put us very close to everything we were doing (Universal, Kia Center, and restaurants). The pool is great! My only suggestion is to leave a list of things to do each day for pool maintenance (empty the filter basket, empty the vacuum baskets, etc) so that the leaves don’t overwhelm the pool. I figured it out as I went and it was fine, but if you aren’t familiar with pool care like me, it takes a little bit of investigation. Overall, great home,……

Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Updated property and furniture with plentiful seating ”

“We enjoyed our stay, the private beach access with lifeguard, golf kart, proximity to town and the hot tub were wonderful. The only negatives are the stairs to the second level are narrow and small and the bathrooms downstairs and very small. The property manager was fabulous to deal with and was quick to respond and resolve issues. We would definitely return. ”

“Third trip to area and this rental was our favorite stay! Even Bristol our dog loved the balcanies to sit and smell the ocean breezes! She loved laying on the bed in the evenings watching the waves! The pelicans were fun to watch fish! Very clean, very comfortable stay, we had everything we needed and then some! Thank you Jim and Judy! ”

“If you want to find a slice of old Florida, with direct access to a pristine lake, then this place won't disappoint!We stayed for only a couple of nights, but very much wish it had been more. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was also enormous, with a separate bathroom which was far bigger than expected.The pictures don't really do this place justice.
