“I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated.……

New Smyrna is a perfect beach town with a lot to explore and do. The house was perfect for us! It had everything we needed as a home base! Check in was super easy, the owners were awesome! Loved the outside seating area, like our own personal garden.”
