“The host was very helpful and welcoming without being overbearing as some can be. The space was clean, cute, and well stocked.”

“We enjoyed our short stay here so much. Everything inside was clean, modern, and comfortable, just as shown in the listing (although the washer & dryer have been updated with very nice new units since that photo). The property managers were very helpful and quickly responded to my texted questions. I appreciated how simple it was to set up the sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the outdoor shower was handy for rinsing sandy grandchildren. I don't think the location could have been more……

“This place is over the garage of an attached house and has stairs. The owner respected our privacy and let us enjoyed their beautiful yard and dock as if they were not there. They always asked if we needed anything. Very quiet retreat and Mt Dora nearby has alot of shops, resturants and tour boats to enjoy. Just wish the fish were biting more.”

“The unit was nice though the AC was not operating properly. The Hosts were very understanding and immediately offer/processed refund and assisted in instructing us on method of cancelation to get full refund from VRBO. VRBO was also extremely prompt in processing a our full refund. This was a first for us using VRBO and was very skeptical but after this experience I will not have any reservation about using VRBO again as well as booking through this host. The AC issues were out of the hosts……
