“We had a good time. The only suggestion I have is it would be nice to have night lights in the bathrooms. The big pillows on the bed were too big for us so we used the 4 smaller ones. Kitchen was well supplied. Large couch was not really comfortable without extra pillows at your back because the seat was particularly deep but there were a number of throw pillows. “Perfect place to stay on Smith Mountail Lake. Walking distance to any lake activity you would want plus one of the best restaurants around. Very clean with terrific communication with owner. Only note is even though occupancy says for 4, it is really 2 adults, 2 children. We Intended for 4 adults to stay and had to make other accommodations for 2nd couple. Will definitely rebook if we have another house overflow issue. ”

“The view and the porch are amazing. We stayed on the porch and just relaxed and looked at the boats coming in and out a lot of the time. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and everything was very clean. The property is so beautiful and access to the water was very simple. We enjoyed paddleboarding on the calm cove.”

“The condo was clean and comfortable with spectacular floor to ceiling windows of the lake with stellar sunset views over SML and the mountains. The location was perfect for our group of 5 adults— 5 minutes from the state park (fishing and hiking), 15 minutes to eateries/grocery, and 45 minutes to Peaks of Otter.
