“I booked this accommodation for my birthday weekend as I had a few friends coming into town to celebrate.The house was very clean breathtaking, just as seen in the photos. It was located in a nice/quiet area not too fast from the city. The host also allowed me to have a small gathering for my birthday which is much appreciated! Would gladly book again! ”

“My wife and I decided to use this property for our wedding ceremony. While others wanted to charge us a minimum of 3,000 extra to host the wedding Danielle only wanted 500 for the 20 guests. She allowed me to view the property ahead of time to make plans and openly communicated and advised on how others have used the property.The property itself was top notch, each bedroom except for the loft has door leading outside. The living room was absolutely amazing and fit our 20 guests without any……

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Rockwall. The property looked just like the photos and had 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths as stated in the description. A/C worked well and everything in kitchen along with the bathroom also worked well-(good water pressure in the shower, no issues with temperature).Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the lake. No issues coming in & out of this gated community. Grocery stores & restaurants are nearby and checking-in and out of the property was easy.”

“This was a false advertisement lie. They have now changed the description to the correct thing they offer. The original posting which I reserved from said entire one bedroom one bath lake house and we never could get a hold of the host by message or phone number that was listed to get check in instructions so when showed that night . There was a for rent sign out front we called that number and a gentleman answered stating he stays in one of the rooms and we were gonna be staying in another……

“We had a family group of 11 and fit comfortably. House is spacious and the pool was an awesome way to beat the 90 degree heat. Close to Rockwall which has a nice little Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and Charlie's was a great spot for lunch. Smoke Monkey BBQ is close to the house and delicious. Would definitely book again.”

“House was big enough to accommodate our family and it had everything we needed. I was very impressed with the fact that laundry detergent and dish soap were provided as well. Location was great! Overall we loved this property and all the amenities included. (Pool, Jacuzzi, cable TV, WiFi, etc) Thank you Ryan and Roxy for allowing my family and I to stay at your beautiful house. ”
