“The School 31 lofts are very cool, and we always enjoy staying there when we are in Rochester. Do be careful, room 200 is quite different from the other rooms. It doesn’t have a kitchen and is much smaller and less private. However it is very pretty and the wet room is amazing. Just know that if you get that room it may not be what you are used to.”

“I arrived at this hotel at around 10:30PM on August 18 to check in to my reservation for my one night stay with my husband. The receptionist told me that there were no available rooms. She said the reservation I booked on Expedia should not have gone through. She also said that they were only allowing 3 night stays because they were busy for college move-in day. So I asked if they were still going to charge us and she replied no. We didn’t want to inconvenience her so we decided to stay at a……

“The food was alright many options for breakfast. My room wasn’t clean the sheets were little dirty & the rags were freshly white. My bathtub still had hair in it. The front desk people were hard to find at night but very nice lady overall. But the daytime people were alittle bit rude. ”

“First time we stayed. The room was great except for the room humidity was excessive. The tile in the bathroom was wet and slippery, even after waking from sleep. Other than that it was great.”
