“No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.”

“My first time staying at the W in Hollywood. What an absolute treat. From the moment you walk in the lobby has a great layout. Very open and pleasing on the eyes. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and made me feel excited that I had chosen to stay here. The room was a perfect size, had a Bluetooth speaker as well which was a nice touch.
