“So quiet and clean. Front desk staff kind, pleasant , helpful. Felt safe. Bed was comfortable,Shower was modern. Seems like quality materials used from the carpet to the bed and bedding to the bathroom floors, sink and toilet. ”

“It is good for business travel. Spartan restaurant but tasty sandwich.”

“The only thing I didn't like was in the bathroom. I am a shorter person and had trouble reaching the hand soap and lotion above the sink. Also, I could only see my head in the bathroom mirror”

“This is a clean, well kept and quiet hotel. I’ll stay here again when visiting Kalamazoo. I didn’t like though, that the hotel charges $4 for a to-go cup of coffee, if you don’t purchase the breakfast option. I’ve not experienced that at a hotel of this level. It’s normally complimentary. Breakfast looked very nice though, so… next time. Charging for breakfast always keeps away the bed heads shuffling around in slippers and pjs. It’s well worth the cost. ”
