“This was my 3rd stay at this property! I always find it ultra clean and with outstanding communication with the host! Beautiful views, great pool deck and tiki bar! “Checkin process was not good. Code to room not able to be put in. No parking pass.Not much help. Most help was from a housekeeper. God bless her! Need more carts to help with luggage. Had to go floor to floor looking for a cart. Maybe need more staff to help guests. Walls either very thin or neighbors super loud. Felt as if they were in the same room. Not good sleeping with the noise level. Hardly any silverware, luckily it was only two of us ”

“Advertised “NEW Gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment “ Totally not true. The whole premises is under renovations, absolutely NO amenities whatsoever, no pool, no access to beach- walk around to public access, no beach chairs. the apartment had holes in walls, carpet disgustingly dirty and stained, dirty furniture, Dirty sheets in closet, torn curtains, 20 inch monitor for TV no 40” smart TV as advertised, cockroaches….. and I have pics of all this. Parking across the street in mall, no staff at night……

“Our condo was on the 3rd floor but there was an elevator. Ocean view and could hear the waves 24/7!! We had wifi and cable tv. The small kitchen had a small refrigerator, toaster, induction cooking, a coffee machine. It was well supplied with anything that you would need. Towels, hairdryer, and a strong shower in the bathroom. The bed had a gel topper and was super comfortable. Our condo ovrrlooked the pool and the ocean. If you went down to the pool...the ocean was just a stairway……

“First, I was supposed to get check in info 24 hrs prior to arrival, I had to ask for the instructions after 24 hours. When we first arrived about 11pm due to flight delays. There was not one parking spot remaining on the lot. I reached out for help and never received a response. Even as of today (a day after checkout) I haven’t heard ANYTHING! We decided to park illegally with the parking pass in hopes that we didn’t get towed. Thankfully we did not. The next nights were a struggle finding……
