“A beautiful rental and very clean. The only issue I had was that there is no beach access from the rental unit due to the construction. The description said the pool is closed but does not state no beach access. The beach access next to the condo is under construction so you must walk about a block to access the other beach entrance or pay 33.00 to drive and park on the beach. ”

Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Updated property and furniture with plentiful seating ”

“Third trip to area and this rental was our favorite stay! Even Bristol our dog loved the balcanies to sit and smell the ocean breezes! She loved laying on the bed in the evenings watching the waves! The pelicans were fun to watch fish! Very clean, very comfortable stay, we had everything we needed and then some! Thank you Jim and Judy! ”
