“The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception. “With a last minute booking, we found this place in the middle of Batangas. It is accessible with taxi (P500-600) that hotel can arrange but not public transportation friendly. “This was my third visit 3 years running staying and diving at Blue Ribbon. They have everything right for a relaxed, but safe, diving vacation. The rooms are fine and everything is convenient. You walk a few meters from your room to eat and not many more to dive. The resort has a friendly family feel to it and the staff were all fabulous.
