“清潔人員貼心，在乾淨之餘有可愛的毛巾兔兔及面紙花花。飯店提供相對周遭安全的環境。可惜是房間旁就是電梯，電梯移動聲音明顯，還好後來也習慣了。”

“Sweet place is the richest cultural spot in H town. Other guests at breakfast were delightful. Staff were not as welcoming as we might have wished for— but phone calls yielded Success. A great place with ample room and great breakfast ”

“We went for a special birthday gift for my autistic preteen, a concert to watch his favorite band. Unfortunately they canceled the show but the staff was dedicated to make up for it even though they had nothing to do with the cancelled show! They sent up balloons chocolate cake, snacks and drinks and a birthday card and the next day treated us to breakfast. IWe will definitely comeback in August if not for the concert for the stay. Thank you to everyone that made our stay special ”

“Staff was super friendly and polite. Great view. Great location. Super close to Toyota center. There was an error with my pricing and they were able to fix it and adjust. Only thing is parking fees suck and super expensive. No space to park. Had to park across the street for a cheaper price. it rained so parking was full of mud and water.”

“The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and the beds exceptionally comfortable. Houston is a very disjointed city, and not very pedestrian friendly, so I honestly couldn't say much about the location itself, but it felt safe to me. My only complaints would be 1) the noise in the evenings - if you have a room that opens up to the central courtyard, the noise will flood your room, and it's almost like the folks lounging there are planted right outside your door, and 2) the fact that housekeeping……
