“Arnold was an excellent host. We had our 40th anniversary celebration and hosted a day party for family. It was wonderful. The cabin was very clean and I love the colours and decor. Kitchen was well supplied. Could do with more dish towels and wash cloths (unless they were hiding in a cupboard somewhere? All in all, it was a great place to have to be and enjoy nature and the view. ”

“What an amazing property. In the middle of a giant coldsnap and frozen winter, it served as a place of serenity to get away from the business of everyday life. Even under the weather conditions, this place was a true marvel. Full of peace and nature, it blew us away. Highly recommend going at anytime of the year as host is amazing and communication and helping your stay become magical. ”

“We really enjoyed staying in the VRBO rental in Thunder Bay. The aoartment was well laid out and the furniture very comfortable. We really enjoyed theFinnish pancakes with berries and whio cream. “My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful lake front. We liked it so much, we didn’t want to leave, we decided to contact the Host to see if we could stay one more night. She was very accommodating and we stayed the extra night, it was the cherry on top to our week long vacation. The view of the lake and sky are breathtaking. “My husband and I had a wonderful getaway here! We had great communication with the owner who provided us with all the necessary details. The guesthouse was neat and cozy, with all the essentials provided. It was in a great location right on the waterfront where we enjoyed beautiful sunrises. It was also conveniently located to check out Sleeping Giant Provincial Park or the city of Thunder Bay. I definitely would recommend!”

"As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
