“There was no one at the reception, room key was left on the reception desk for my collection. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I only briefly saw the owner at breakfast and there was no smile on his face.”

“We had very pleasant stay at Beausite hotel. Hotel staff are extremely nice. They breakfast was so yummy and we love the breakfast curry rice and the egg florentine in the jar. Even after we checked out, staff still offered guests free coffee/tea and cake from 2-6pm . Hotel is about 8 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. The room is spacious and good for 3 of us . No aircond but there is a fan provided in the room. We love this hotel!”

“在瑞士少有包含空調的酒店。雖然空調不算很強，但已感到舒適寫意，房間裏也有一把風扇備用。房內放行李的位置燈光較為昏暗。 酒店距離火車站步行15分鐘，或可以在火車站外乘坐巴士，一個站就下車了。前台接待員非常友善，早餐水準很高、有熱食。浴室的花灑水壓很強。非常值得推薦的酒店！”

“前一晚住在旁邊的酒店，價錢相若但房間小很多，酒店各項東西都要比較差(比如沒有熱水壼，早餐的東西少了不少)。服務也挺有善，不過對於這地區來說也沒甚麼特出。”

“A really joyful experience of stay, particularly having a delicious breakfast at the balcony of the restaurant with a beautiful scenic view. The hotel is located at the countryside but the path is safe for walking even though you do not drive. Take 20-mins walk from Interlaken West Station to hotel.”

“Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive.……

“Location closed to Interlaken West railway station, just 10-15 minutes walk. Also, it has a bus stop right outside the hotel and you can go to Interlaken Ost station readily. I love the breakfast buffet. The staffs are very nice and there are variety of food to choose. There is no air condition in the room, but there is a big hanging fan over the bed and it is ok. The design of bathroom is good and you can put all your stuffs along the side of the wall. The bad thing of this hotel is……
