“Even a few days after flooding as the Orange River rose and flooded their lawns - the BnB was immaculate. Great service - friendly staff - rooms had a lot of creature comforts. Will certainly consider them as a future stay in Upington. Breakfast were awesome.”

“Have stayed in Upington several times before but first time we have stayed at Browns Manor. Fully deserves 4 star rating. A green oasis in the Kalahari - massive koi carp a reap bonus. Staff really kind and helpful. Nice clean pool with shaded area and loungers. Good quality breakfast included.”

“Convenient property. Get an upstairs room if possible since you can hear people walking upstairs and talking. Price is reasonable so it gets 5 stars overall. Stayed here many years ago when they first opened. No breakfast due to COVID changes. Good wifi internet. Stairs are somewhat steep so not good if you have any disabilities.”

Tiny shower & toilet The staff extremely helpful, WiFi internment , Breakfast very expensive for the local money Beautiful setting , I would recommend this hotel to anyone , prices vary for the rooms The room was very clean , the place shuts down after 5 pm, & only cell phone contact is available Towels & bed linen of super quality There is a swimming pool & large gardens I would stay……
